About The Role

You will mainly work on one of our top apps: Shorts.

The goal is to support Marion (Marketing Artist) on the Studio's marketing production, with a focus on execution quality, speed, and reliability. The person must be able to integrate quickly into an existing team and workflow.

What you will do?

• Execute video editing and motion design briefs (text effects, transitions, hooks) with precision and consistency
• Produce high volumes of content while maintaining quality and organization
• Identify content opportunities and propose ideas through the right channels
• Adapt content across formats (square, stories, landscape) efficiently and without friction
• Follow and respect existing naming conventions, file organization, and production processes from day one
• Receive and integrate feedback constructively, and ask questions before making assumptions

Who you are?

• You are proficient in After Effects or Premiere Pro, with at least a working knowledge of After Effects, the team's primary tool.
• You're organized, rigorous with file naming and folder structure, and comfortable working within a defined workflow.
• You have a strong command of English (written and spoken).

Beyond the technical side, you're the kind of person who:

• Receives feedback without defensiveness and integrates corrections durably
• Takes initiative and finds information independently instead of waiting to be unblocked
• Communicates blockers directly with the right person, not laterally with teammates
• Learns existing processes before trying to change them, and understands why that matters
• Is genuinely curious about social media trends, new tools, and creative formats
• Is open to AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and excited to use them in your workflow
• Is comfortable being on camera occasionally (facecam content)

Bonus points if you have experience in an agency or tech/mobile environment, familiarity with Figma, CapCut, or Notion, and a feel for what makes short drama content work.

• Repetitive formats and high-volume execution sound draining rather than satisfying
