About client & The Team

We are currently embarking on a groundbreaking engagement with a top-tier, global Media & Entertainment enterprise. Our mission is to build an industry-first, Agentic AI-driven AdTech workflow that will revolutionize their entire advertising lifecycle for Linear & Digital TV. To spearhead this vision, we are looking for an AdTech Specialist to serve as our Domain Knowledge Owner and Product Leader.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be the bridge between complex, legacy ad sales operations and our advanced AI engineering teams. You will own the entire lifecycle of our Agentic AdTech product, covering every stage from pitch management and planning to billing. You will deeply analyze our client's current operational state, uncover hidden pain points, and design a modernized, agentic workflow that drives massive efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Duties & Expectations

  • End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership
    • Drive the product vision and business outcomes across the entire AdTech value chain: Pitch Management, Planning, Proposal, Forecasting, Order Management, Stewardship, Trafficking, Measurement, and Billing.
  • Current State Analysis
    • Deeply understand, map, and document the client's current state processes in ad sales, planning, and operations.
  • Gap & Opportunity Detection
    • Act as a strategic detective to identify pain points, operational gaps, and process bottlenecks—both those explicitly stated by stakeholders and those inferred through your deep domain expertise.
  • Agentic Workflow Design
    • Reimagine the legacy advertising process by conceptualizing an industry-first "Agentic Workflow." You will guide our engineering teams to ensure the AI agents we build solve real-world media business problems.
  • Product & Business Leadership
    • Own the Agentic AI product's success from a business perspective. Ensure the final deliverables align with client objectives, improve operational efficiency, and modernize their ad sales ecosystem.

  • Foundational Industry Experience
    • Deep understanding of Linear & Digital TV Advertising and Ad Sales operations.
    • Must possess 8+ years of experience in AdTech-based product management, development, or solution architecture.
  • Profile Option A: Product Leadership
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or Product Business Analyst specifically handling Ad Planning, Order Management, Ad Sales, and Ad Ops tools.
  • Profile Option B: Ad Sales to Tech
    • Extensive background in Ad Sales roles with a proven track record of developing business requirements and guiding the product design/development of Linear/Digital TV AdTech products.
  • Profile Option C: Solution Architecture
    • Strong background in solution architecting complex AdTech products specifically tailored for Linear and Digital TV environments.

Location & Travel

Preference for candidates based in the New York City area, OR candidates who are highly willing and able to travel to NYC for multiple weeks a month to work directly with the client.
