Sourcing and General procurement Advanced Analytics (OEDDPS) is seeking an Advanced Data Analyst (f / m) located in Toulouse Blagnac, France, with two days working from home.

OED Digital in Operations provides clear vision, maximizes value-for-money, ensures user-centric digital tools, and delivers reliable, compliant data to address critical business challenges. We closely support and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement / Supply Chain & Logistics. Joining OED means you'll gain insights and contribute directly to the digital transformation across Airbus Commercial Operations and the wider Group, specifically within the procurement scope. You'll be in the driver's seat for identifying disruptive technologies and deploying innovative solutions to ensure our Supply chain & Procurement are fit for the future!

You will report to the Head of Sourcing and Indirect Procurement Advanced Analytics - OEDDPS.

Your Mission & Accountabilities

In a context where the Sourcing and Indirect Procurement is key for Airbus Commercial Operational Excellence and aircraft delivery ramp-up, you will act as a Product Manager / Product owner to provide and implement advanced solutions for Business Intelligence, Advanced data Analytics, Reporting self service, to support transparency and decision making :

• Being responsible for a set of projects and existing data analytics solutions
• Providing quick returns in a very stringent context, ensuring timely availability of business data analysis for all Procurement functions
• Continuously interacting with your users and Customers, ensuring regular release of value

Main responsibilities / activities

• Understand and identify the needs of business stakeholders / business key users
• Support budget, business case and prioritization
• Design solutions on those needs with the support of analytical solutions, technology and process
• Formulate and communicate on the Analytics Product Vision
• Set-Up the Project Governance, including the Projects / Product Service Board
• Deliver projects within time, scope, cost and quality objectives
• Manage / Coordinate associated data products
• Lead technical development liaising with IT (.including subcontractors)
• Manage the in-service support, change management and associated communications

• Deliver continuous release of value
• Take different perspectives, business, users, IT tech, data. Zoom in. Zoom out.

Candidate profile :

You show great flexibility, including the ability to multi-task effectively, responding to changing business priorities and deadlines, while prioritizing effectively

Previous experience :

• Proven track record in Data and / or Digital Product management (understand business needs, translate in specifications, ensure follow up of actions and budget, coordinate various stakeholders) in an international environment
• Professional experience in Project management for digital or analytic solution (eg skywise)
• Procurement or sourcing experience

Languages :

• English (negotiation level) and French
