Your Role

We are looking for YOU to join our rapidly growing team in Schrems!

Your Tasks

  • Development and implementation of holistic manufacturing concepts for low-voltage switchgear, including assembly standards, material flow and logistics concepts, as well as layout and space planning.
  • Management of the industrialization of new products and production sites, as well as systematic development and advancement of the Manufacturing Readiness Level.
  • Identification, evaluation, and introduction of automation and production technologies along the entire process.
  • Driving digitalization and Industry 4.0 solutions through the use of EPLAN, digital work instructions, MES systems, and data-driven manufacturing.
  • Planning and implementation of CapEx projects, including requirements definition, economic feasibility analyses, supplier selection, commissioning, and successful ramp-up.
  • Development of standardized and modular production concepts, as well as close cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain for continuous improvement of productivity, throughput time, and efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or industrialization, ideally in low-voltage technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies, assembly systems, line and layout design, as well as automation and industrialization concepts.
  • Experience in CapEx planning, specification of machines and plants, layout planning, and optimization of material flows.
  • Good understanding of Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly principles.
  • Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing tools such as EPLAN Electric P8, ERP, and MES systems.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

Compensation

We offer performance-oriented and attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry. Upon fulfillment of all requirements, a gross annual salary of €80,000 is envisioned for this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible. Automatic progression and associated salary increases after 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 years are regulated by the collective agreement.
