Job Summary

The right candidate will be invited to join our successful sales team and deliver some of the most compelling advertising products like digital, print, social media, events and sponsorships in the industry to the most desirable demographic in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold/warm calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Communicate and build relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the advertising industry
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our advertising solutions
  • Utilize technology sales tools, such as Magazine Manager, to track and manage sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns

Skills

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Knowledge of the advertising market and ability to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Experience in advertising sales is a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing sales activities

Compensation is comprised of Competitive Salary, Auto Allowance, Uncapped Commission, Bonus, Paid Time Off and Comprehensive Health and Dental Benefits.
