We are expanding our advisor recruiting division and looking for driven recruiters who want to build a high‑earning desk in the wealth management sector. This role focuses exclusively on recruiting experienced financial advisors and advisory teams.
Advisor recruiting is:

You will identify and engage advisors managing portable AUM, understand their current platform economics, and guide them through transition conversations with RIAs and independent firms. This is precision recruiting with significant revenue upside.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage financial advisors using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Identify advisors with portable books of business
- Understand AUM, production levels, and payout structures
- Conduct in-depth qualification calls
- Build long‑term advisor relationships
- Partner with wealth management platforms to align opportunities
- Manage pipeline activity in Bear Claw (ATS/CRM)
- Drive searches from first outreach through affiliation
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- 1–5 years of agency recruiting experience (preferred)
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Competitive, production‑driven mindset
- Ability to manage long sales cycles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals
- Strong verbal communication and relationship‑building skills
