Join Grant Thornton as an Advisory Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in promoting our firm's Advisory practice. You will work closely with Advisory leadership and the marketing team to convert business objectives into targeted initiatives, thought leadership content, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns aligned with Advisory offerings.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing efforts across digital, content, events, and thought leadership channels.
  • Assist with alliance marketing initiatives for partners like Microsoft and Oracle.
  • Support marketing integration activities for acquisitions including brand alignment and campaign management.
  • Manage the development and distribution of Advisory marketing materials such as insights and case studies.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and teams to deliver effective campaign assets.
  • Work with Audit, Tax, and other marketing teams for consistent messaging and coordinated efforts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including engagement and lead generation.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B professional services, such as consulting or advisory environments.
  • Deep understanding of various marketing channels and their strategic relevance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and presentations.
  • Strong project management, critical thinking, and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player capable of reaching goals through teamwork.
  • Proven ability to be a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders.

Salary Information

  • The base salary range for this position in our Chicago, IL; Downers Grove, IL; Cleveland, OH; Minneapolis, MN; and Baltimore, MD offices is between $104,000 and $156,000 per year.
  • For our Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Edison, NJ; New York, NY; and Melville, NY offices, the salary range is between $112,320 and $168,480 per year.
