Responsibilities
- Design, built, and optimize customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer , including event triggered workflows, audience segmentation, and multichannel orchestration across email, SMS, and push.
- Developed and maintained Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard workflows , including data ingestion, enrichment, targeting logic, and automated delivery processes.
- Created dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJO personalization blocks , ensuring scalable and reusable components across campaigns.
- Collaborated with data engineering and marketing teams to integrate AJO with enterprise data sources, configure schemas, define events, and ensure accurate realtime profile activation.
- Monitored campaign performance, troubleshooting workflow failures, optimizing delivery throughput, and ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, and deliverability best practices.
