Affiliate Marketing Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own the build-out and scaling of 10Alytics' affiliate ecosystem. You'll manage 40+ active affiliates across our US, UK, and Canada markets, drive customer acquisition through strategic partnerships, and directly impact our subscription growth and revenue. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting to the COO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the full affiliate lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention
• Build and maintain an affiliate database; actively source and recruit high-quality partners (content creators, industry influencers, corporate wellness programs, career transition communities)
• Develop partnership criteria and qualification process to ensure brand alignment and conversion potential
• Create tiered partner segmentation strategy (micro-influencers, corporate partners, content creators) with tailored recruitment approaches
• Develop and execute quarterly affiliate campaigns aligned with 10Alytics' product launches and seasonal demand
• Build and maintain compelling creative assets and marketing collateral for affiliate use (email swipes, social templates, landing page copy, banner ads)
• Manage commission structure, payout schedules, and reconciliation
• Create affiliate playbooks and best-practice guides specific to each partner type and market
• Track KPIs: affiliate signups, conversion rates, CAC by channel, LTV, affiliate revenue contribution, ROI by partner
• Build monthly performance dashboards and reporting cadence (by partner, by market, by campaign)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Experience

• 3–5 years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, or performance marketing (not just "marketing")
• Proven track record building affiliate programs from early stage (0–100+ partners) or significantly scaling existing programs
• Deep understanding of subscription economics, CAC, LTV, and unit economics
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, Refersion, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, or equivalent)
• Experience managing remote, distributed partner networks
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and making optimization decisions based on performance

Pay: From ₦300,000.00 per month
