What You’ll Do

• Source, identify, and attract top talent within construction, manufacturing, and new industries
• Manage your own recruitment pipeline from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Develop a deep understanding of industry needs and market trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets and growth

• Professional, dependable, and results-oriented
• Interest or background in construction, manufacturing, or emerging industries is a plus

What We Offer

• Base Pay: $50,000 annually plus uncapped commission — the sky’s the limit!

• Location: In-office position in Camarillo, CA (not remote)
