Role Overview

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building, training, and optimizing AI agents that can autonomously complete complex tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems, with a passion for creating intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents with autonomous decision-making capabilities.

• Implement reinforcement learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques to enhance agent performance.

• Optimize AI models for efficiency, accuracy, and real-world applicability.

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI agents into existing systems.

• Monitor, test, and refine AI agents based on performance metrics and feedback.

• Stay updated with advancements in agentic AI and apply best practices.Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles and guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI Gym.

• Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or autonomous AI development.

• Strong understanding of AI model training, evaluation, and optimization.
