Agentic AI Engineer (Generative AI Platforms)

We’re hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to build next‑generation AI systems that go beyond prompts, designing intelligent, autonomous agents using cutting‑edge LLM frameworks and AWS‑native tooling. This is a hands‑on engineering role where you’ll be building real‑world agentic AI products, not just prototypes, in a fast‑paced, innovation‑led environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems using LLMs and advanced reasoning frameworks
• Develop serverless AI architectures on AWS, leveraging Bedrock AgentCore (Memory, Gateway, Runtime, etc.)
• Orchestrate multi‑agent workflows and deploy via Lambda/EKS
• Implement A2A / MCP integrations and API‑driven communication layers
• Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models
• Instrument and monitor systems using CloudWatch (metrics, tracing, observability)
• Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to deliver production‑ready AI solutions

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.)
• Solid Python + AI/ML framework experience
• Deep knowledge of LLMs (prompting, fine‑tuning, evaluation)
• Experience with AWS (Bedrock preferred)
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience building scalable, production‑grade AI systems
• Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes

Bonus Experience

• Exposure to Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or M365 Copilot
• Experience with agent observability, governance, and AI guardrails
• Working in enterprise / financial services environments
