Your Tasks & Challenges

• Agentic Orchestration & Framework Design: You develop the conceptual design and the central conversational AI agent. You select and implement the AI and software frameworks for multi-agent orchestration.
• The Intelligence Sequence: You design systems that control the entire cognitive loop – from processing multimodal inputs and contextual inferences to autonomous action planning, skill orchestration, and real-time user feedback.
• System Integration & Interface Development: You design robust interface pipelines that enable sub-agents to connect seamlessly with the central conversational agent.
• Strategic Project Management: You independently identify, evaluate, and manage high-impact AI projects, ensuring that new agentic technologies are successfully integrated into the NEURA ecosystem.
• Building a Collaborative Ecosystem: You coordinate and manage collaboration with internal IT units, cross-functional hardware/software teams, and external partners to ensure smooth end-to-end industrialization.

What We're Looking For

• An excellent Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Robotics, Physics, or a related field.
• A demonstrable track record: Your projects show measurable impact.
• Solid programming skills in Python.
• Proven experience in implementing and industrializing AI solutions, with in-depth practical knowledge of open-source agentic frameworks and orchestration solutions.
• Strong methodological expertise in Generative AI (LLMs & VLMs), high-level task planning, and Natural Language Processing, with a focus on translating human intentions into actionable, step-by-step logic.
• Demonstrated experience in API/interface design and system architecture for seamless integration of modular, distributed sub-agents.
• Knowledge of best practices in software development (clean code, object-oriented programming, DevOps, testing).
• Experience with deploying edge-to-cloud hybrid systems is a big plus.
• Team spirit, initiative, and the ability and willingness to break new ground.
• Excellent English skills; German is optional but welcome.
