About The Role

We are looking for an Agentic AI & Tool Developer to design, develop and maintain autonomous AI solutions across the E2E Supply Chain.

In this role, you will enable advanced reasoning, planning and automation, helping solve complex business problems in a global and highly dynamic environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Scientists and Engineering teams to deliver production ready AI agents integrated into enterprise systems and workflows.

What You Will Do

As an Agentic AI & Tool Developer, you will:

  • Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and tool usage to support Supply Chain business processes.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs and systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Deliver AI driven use cases aligned with real business needs and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, AI and Engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to production deployment of AI solutions and continuous improvement of AI tooling.
  • Support knowledge sharing and training on specific AI or data science topics (e.g. NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series).

Profile

Who You Are

You are a curious and analytical professional who enjoys building intelligent systems and working in collaborative environments. You bring:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields (PhD is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or AI Engineering roles.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work effectively within a team based setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to explain complex AI concepts to non technical stakeholders when needed.
  • Hands on experience in agentic AI system development (planning, reasoning, memory, tool usage).
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
  • API integration and connectivity with enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with at least one major Big Data platform (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Advanced expertise in at least one AI domain such as Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning.
  • Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Palantir or Foundry.
