What you’ll do

Be the connector

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and solutions
• Act as the link between stakeholders, developers, and product teams

Drive delivery

• Own backlog refinement and sprint readiness
• Ensure teams always have well-defined, prioritised work

Shape better solutions

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and uncover real business needs
• Work closely with QA to ensure what’s built actually solves the problem

Work across borders

• Collaborate with partners across multiple African markets
• Contribute to systems supporting agents, cash operations, and incentives

What you bring

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, actionable outputs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
