What awaits you

• Varied projects in agile software development – directly with the client or in tim projects that we realize end-to-end for our clients
• Taking on different roles in the project context such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Product Owner – depending on the phase, setting and strengths
• Analysis of existing business processes, development of viable concepts and support of implementation in interdisciplinary teams
• Close collaboration with clients, engineers, UX designers and other stakeholders to design functional, viable solutions
• An inspiring work environment that offers you a lot of creative freedom, encourages initiative and actively supports your development

What you bring

• Several years of experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Product Owner in software development
• Confident use of common methods in requirements engineering and agile project management (e.g., Scrum) – ideally supplemented by relevant certifications (IREB, Scrum, OCEB2 or similar)
• Strong communication skills and a confident, structured demeanor towards clients and development teams
• Completed studies in a technical or business administration field (FH/Uni/ETH)
• Willingness to work on-site with clients in Switzerland
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
