Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agile Project Manager located in Lyon, with the flexibility to work from home on select days. The Agile Project Manager will lead project teams, facilitate agile practices, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, managing resources, monitoring progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals. The role will also involve identifying and addressing risks, and adapting to changing project demands as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with the ability to plan and execute projects of varying complexity
- Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess project performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Proficiency in Budgeting to ensure optimal allocation of financial resources within project constraints
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate stakeholder collaboration and lead high-performing teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience applying them in a professional setting
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and manage both in-office and remote teams effectively
