Agile Project Manager - Fintech Solutions

Our client is looking for a seasoned Agile Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within the rapidly evolving fintech sector. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As an Agile Project Manager, you will guide and mentor cross-functional teams, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and maximizing team velocity. You will manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status effectively, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve impediments to progress.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
