Position Summary

The AHPS Assistant Project Manager will support the coordination and day-to-day operations of the Add Health Parent Study, with a focus on AD/ADRD data collection activities. Responsibilities include assisting with project tracking, supporting communication and coordination with RTI and internal teams, monitoring data collection progress, and helping address data quality issues. The role will also support administrative processes, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth study operations. This position works closely with the AHPS Project Manager and the AD/ADRD Project Manager to ensure adherence to timelines, coordinate workflows, and support overall project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Management Preferences

  • Experience with social science research projects
  • Experience working on a research project
  • Experience with Excel pivot tables
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
