Job Description
Following a Group transformation program upgrading Global HRIS solutions, a leading international insurance group is now launching an internal HRIS Strategy exercise in order to continue the Transformation Journey, focussing on convergence, simplification and cost efficiency of People processes and solutions. The mission will be to define the target architecture.
Requirements
Required Technical Skills
- Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country HRIS system.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge in HRIS Solutions/Market.
Optional Technical Skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML solution integrations preferred.

Requested Deliverables
- Current HRIS architecture analysis identifying.
- Support decision to define target architecture (functional and technical).
- Design interoperability with existing enterprise HR components in collaboration with the respective solutions owners establishing architectural patterns for secure and efficient integration (through blueprints).
- Work closely with a leading international insurance group Architecture and other teams (incl business stakeholders, IT departments, security, compliance...) to meet all requirements and ensure the full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Elaborate transformation roadmap based on target architecture and context (business strategy, IT strategy, local constraints/requirements...).
- Estimate impacts (organizational, business, technical, financials).
- Share HR related knowledge with the teams.
