We're looking for an AI and Data Operations Engineer to join our team and drive operational excellence across multiple technical domains. This role sits at the exciting intersection of code, architecture, data management, and AI innovation. You'll be the go‑to person for critical operational systems while continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI agents and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Python Development & Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and optimize Python scripts that power our operational processes.
  • Data Lake Management: Ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our data lake infrastructure.
  • AI Agent Operations: Support, deploy, and enhance AI agents that automate critical business processes.
  • Cross‑Functional Projects: Lead and contribute to strategic projects spanning multiple teams and technical domains.
  • System Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions that impact operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions that drive measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Operations, Data Engineering, or similar role.
  • Strong Python skills (scripting, automation, code optimization).
  • SQL proficiency for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience with:
    • API design and integration
    • AWS Lambda or similar serverless computing platforms
    • BigQuery usage, optimization, and management
    • ETL pipeline development and maintenance
  • Project management abilities: proven track record of framing, coordinating, and reporting on multi‑team initiatives.
  • AI/LLM expertise: hands‑on experience building agents with multiple Large Language Models.
  • Production AI experience (highly valued): experience running AI agents in production environments on business‑critical processes.
