Job Summary

We are hiring an AI Architect to design and govern enterprise adoption of AI‑augmented development tools, ensuring secure, compliant, and measurable productivity gains.

Required Skills

• 10+ years software engineering
• 3+ years AI‑augmented development tooling
• Strong SDLC, CI/CD, and security governance background
• Hands‑on with AI coding assistants
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and configure AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Amazon Q)
• Define AI governance, SAST, secrets scanning, and code provenance standards
• Embed AI tools into CI/CD and SDLC workflows
• Design developer productivity measurement programs
• Translate productivity insights into executive recommendations
• Enable teams through standards, training, and best practices
