Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML or AI architecture
• Proficient in Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio)
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services
• Strong background in Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-level AI architectures
• In-depth knowledge of Python, APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Experience with integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce
• Understanding of data architecture, governance, and security principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for engaging stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and Generative AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot
• Lead the creation of AI-driven enterprise applications utilizing Azure OpenAI and related technologies
• Establish AI architecture guidelines, frameworks, and best practices
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to uncover AI use cases and transformation potentials
• Integrate Copilot solutions with existing enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and collaboration tools
• Promote responsible AI practices concerning governance, security, and compliance
• Guide development teams in prompt engineering, model tuning, and optimizing AI workflows
• Drive automation and productivity enhancements through AI copilots
• Manage the full AI lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Mentor development teams and offer technical guidance
