About Us

We are a growing marketing agency and are looking for a new employee to take our internal processes to the next level with AI and automation.

This is not about classic IT administration, but about real implementation. We are looking for someone who not only finds modern AI tools exciting but can also meaningfully translate them into business processes. Someone who builds productive solutions with n8n, APIs, automations, and modern AI tools, sets up data flows cleanly, and makes processes significantly more efficient.

Ideally, in addition to low-code and no-code, you also bring technical understanding for code, so that you can develop solutions yourself where tools reach their limits. Perspectively, the role should not only improve our internal workflows but also contribute to the development of new AI solutions and possible SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• You analyze existing processes in our agency and identify processes that can become faster, cleaner, and more scalable through AI and automation.
• You develop, implement, and manage automations with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable systems.
• You connect different tools and platforms via APIs, webhooks, databases, and interfaces so that information flows reliably and processes function stably.
• You build internal AI workflows for areas such as sales, project management, reporting, content, recruiting, or back office.
• You test new AI models, tools, and agent setups and evaluate which solutions are practically applicable for our company.
• You cleanly document processes, workflows, and technical solutions so that they remain usable and scalable in the long term.
• You support the introduction of new digital processes in the team and ensure that they are also used cleanly in everyday life.
• If necessary, you further develop smaller individual solutions yourself if low-code tools are not sufficient.
• Perspectively, you will also contribute to the development of new AI solutions and possible SaaS products.

Qualifications

• You have practical experience with process automation, ideally with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• You are familiar with modern AI tools and models, for example ChatGPT, Claude, and other current AI systems, and understand how to integrate them meaningfully into workflows.
• You understand technical fundamentals such as APIs, webhooks, JSON, and interface logic.
• Ideally, you can also program yourself, preferably in Python or JavaScript, and implement individual solutions if necessary.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and are keen not just to plan things but to actually implement them.
• You learn quickly, enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools and systems, and take pleasure in making things more efficient.
• A degree or training in computer science, business informatics, or IT is helpful, but not a must. What counts most for us is what you can practically do and have already built.
• Initial professional experience is an advantage, but we are not necessarily looking for a senior. It is more important to us that you are hungry, want to take responsibility, and can truly deliver.
