Job Summary

We are searching for an AI & Automation Specialist to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power both internal operations and client success. This role sits at the intersection of automation engineering, product systems, and client-facing communication.

You’ll work closely with founders and stakeholders to architect high-impact automation workflows, integrate tools across tech stacks, and translate complex systems into clear, actionable solutions. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable AI-driven infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Automation Systems
    • Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier
    • Audit and improve existing systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
    • Integrate platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
    • Develop and maintain CRM systems, pipelines, and multi-step workflows
  • Client Solutions & Implementation
    • Architect end-to-end AI and automation systems for client businesses
    • Build workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales processes
    • Connect CRMs, email platforms, calendars, payment systems, and project management tools
    • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize deployed solutions
  • Documentation & Communication
    • Create clear SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation
    • Translate technical concepts into simple explanations for non-technical stakeholders
    • Provide technical support to clients, team members, and prospects
    • Contribute to technical content (documentation, scripts, or training materials)
  • Internal Infrastructure
    • Build scalable automation systems for onboarding, operations, and data management

Technical Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience building automation workflows and CRM systems in real business environments
  • Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration
  • Experience connecting CRMs with email, payments, calendars, and other tools
