Job Summary

The Digital Platforms, AI Tools & Partner Enablement team is seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented Analyst to join our Partner Enablement team. Our team serves as a strategic catalyst for product innovation and market expansion, driving the successful onboarding of new offerings, delivering enhancements to our existing product portfolio, and enabling reseller solutions that align with our organizational objectives.

In this role, you will support the fulfillment of partner products and services while simultaneously facilitating alignment with Enterprise and Public Sector business priorities. The primary focus will be on operational activities to support partner enablement, including SOW management, contract administration, and service readiness execution, while leveraging your skills for strategic analytical problem-solving, requirements definition, and process optimization across other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational activities and customer order fulfillment, while identifying opportunities for automation, process efficiency, and optimization to streamline operations and accelerate delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and support implementation of AI-enabled automation opportunities across partner onboarding, SOW/change-order workflows, document management, reporting, and process optimization.
• Create and manage Partner and Customer Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders
• Review quotes, pricing, and contracts for compliance
• Review and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Facilitate document signing and repository management
• Support in Partner Enablement program transformation for process and accuracy improvement
• Systems and documentation update and management
• Support Partner onboarding process

Other functions (Supporting Duties):

• Identify areas of automation, process efficiency, and optimization opportunities to help streamline operations and accelerate delivery
• Perform analytical problem-solving and business impact assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business requirements and create process maps
• Ensure business impacts are accurately captured and agreed upon across the business unit value chain(s)

What you’ll bring

AI & Automation Enablement — Must Have

• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and AI-enabled workflow automation is required.
• The candidate must be able to identify repetitive business processes, document automation opportunities, prototype AI-assisted workflows, and support adoption of tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace AI, or similar platforms.
  • 5+ years industry experience (3+ in product operations/process improvements)
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of value chain best practices such as LBGUPS model
  • Partner/vendor and customer management experience in relation to working with Statement of Works, contracts and change orders
  • Expert-level Microsoft & Google Suite proficiency
  • Familiarity with GenAI and AI tool prototyping
