About the role

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious AI Business Analyst to support the development of AI‑powered solutions across core business functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to help define, build, and improve internal tools and systems. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in AI, automation, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of product initiatives for G&A (Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal) functions
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to support feature development
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements using AI/ML
  • Build lightweight prototypes or working apps (e.g., using low‑code/no‑code or AI‑assisted “vibe coding”) to validate ideas quickly
  • Support enablement activities such as user training, documentation, handling internal support requests, managing tickets, and running feedback surveys
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features to ensure quality and usability
  • Assist with system integrations and data workflows in collaboration with engineering and data teams
  • Track metrics and help analyze data to support decision‑making
  • Communicate updates and insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions align with basic compliance and data security standards

Work Model

Hybrid: Employees split time between in‑office and remote work, with an expectation of at least 2 days per week in‑office (may vary by team).

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Support, or a related role
  • Basic understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM platforms)
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements clearly
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross‑functional teams
  • Interest in AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI (no deep expertise required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms
  • Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, dashboards)
  • Experience supporting system implementations, product launches, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience building small tools, automations, or prototypes using low‑code platforms or AI‑assisted development tools
  • Curiosity about how AI can improve business workflows and user experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
