What you’ll do:

• Lead/Champion AI initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams.

• Define and execute the AI roadmap, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions in product and operations.

• Partner with engineering and product teams to prototype, test, and implement AI features .

• Evangelize AI internally — drive adoption of tools, frameworks, and best practices.

• Analyze data and results to measure impact and optimize AI initiatives .

• Act as the link between strategy and execution , ensuring AI initiatives are delivered effectively.

Must Have:

• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech (or equivalent) from a premium Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute .

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, AI, or tech-driven roles .

• Action-oriented, execution-focused, with a “get things done” mindset .

• Startup experience — thrives in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and cross-functional work.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data and AI tools .

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

• Prior experience in entrepreneurial ventures, AI startups, or product marketing .

• Experience in AI product strategy, roadmap planning, or AI feature implementation .

• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks .

• Understanding of SaaS products, HR-tech, or B2B workflows .

• Exposure to cross-functional product execution and engineering collaboration.

• Comfort with rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative development .
