Content Prompt Engineer

Create compelling, on-brand content at scale using AI-enabled tools while maintaining creative excellence and strategic intent. Design prompts and refine AI outputs to produce articles, audio scripts, and multimedia content that drives measurable consumer behaviour for our client’s brands. This role connects exciting technical AI tools with human creativity and judgment to deliver content that influences real consumer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality written articles, scripts, and audio content using AI prompt engineering
• Understand creative briefs and translate them into effective AI prompts
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all branded output
• Produce content across multiple formats and channels at scale
• Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality, originality, and relevance
• Exercise editorial judgment to enhance clarity, impact, and persuasiveness
• Identify gaps in AI output and enhance with human creativity and insight
• Test variations to optimize for audience resonance
• Ask clarifying questions to fully understand creative briefs and objectives
• Collaborate with Creative, SEO, Social and brand teams to align content with shared goals
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on content direction
• Present content rationale and strategy to stakeholders
• Monitor content effectiveness metrics (engagement, hold rate, conversion, reach, sentiment)
• A/B test content variations to identify what drives consumer behavior
• Use performance data to refine prompt strategies and approach
• Report on content impact and ROI

Requirements

• 3+ years in content creation, copywriting, or marketing
• Demonstrated ability to write engaging, persuasive content
• Experience with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of brand voice and messaging principles
• Excellent communication and questioning skills
• Background in writing, digital marketing and consumer behavior
• Audio/video scripting experience
• Data analysis capabilities for content performance
• Multi-channel content production experience
• Experience with content management systems
• Deep understanding of writing and processes across various digital media
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and navigate challenging stakeholder negotiations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to ever-changing demands
