About
Seeking an AI Content Strategist to support enterprise AI-driven chatbot and conversational content experiences within a large B2B environment. This role will focus on organizing, optimizing, and governing content that powers AI assistants and chatbot interactions across multiple business areas.
This is a highly execution-focused role centered around conversational content strategy, chatbot optimization, and backend knowledge organization — ensuring AI-driven experiences deliver accurate, user-friendly, and compliant responses.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain content supporting AI assistant and chatbot experiences
- Organize and structure backend knowledge/content used by AI and chatbot platforms
- Refine chatbot conversations, response flows, fallback messaging, and user interactions
- Develop deterministic responses aligned to business intents and user journeys
- Apply metadata, tagging, and content governance standards across AI-enabled content
- Monitor chatbot feedback and identify opportunities to improve conversational experiences
- Execute content updates and optimizations based on user feedback and business goals
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, compliance, legal, and customer experience standards
- Coordinate approvals and governance workflows with business stakeholders, compliance, and legal teams
- Partner closely with AI Product Owners, business teams, and platform stakeholders to support AI initiatives
- Document conversational standards, workflows, and content management best practices
- Support ongoing optimization of AI-driven FAQ and virtual assistant experiences
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 4 years of experience in content strategy, digital content management, conversational design, or chatbot content development
- Hands-on experience supporting chatbot, conversational AI, or virtual assistant experiences
- Experience refining conversational flows, chatbot responses, or AI-assisted user interactions
- Strong content organization, documentation, and execution skills
- Experience managing content governance, compliance reviews, or approval workflows
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business, product, compliance, legal, marketing, and technology teams
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze feedback and make iterative content improvements
- Experience working in financial services, B2B, or other highly regulated enterprise environments
- Portfolio samples or examples of conversational/content strategy work
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with knowledge management systems or structured content platforms
- Exposure to AI-assisted content workflows or prompt-writing concepts
- Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Kore.ai or eGain
- Experience supporting enterprise FAQ/chatbot initiatives
- Background in UX writing, information architecture, or conversational UX
- Experience working alongside AI Product Owners or AI platform teams
