Was Du tun wirst

Integration und Automatisierung

  • Design und Entwicklung von Enterprise-Integrationslösungen mit Workato
  • Umsetzung von End-to-End-Prozessautomatisierungen über System- und Organisationsgrenzen hinweg
  • Aufbau und Betrieb von Daten-Pipelines zwischen Cloud-Systemen (ERP, CRM, HR, Datenbanken, APIs)
  • Event-getriebene Architekturen und Real-time-Integrationen

AI & Agentic Systems

  • Entwicklung von KI-gestützten Workflows und Agentic-AI-Lösungen auf Basis von Workato, Anthropic Claude, Salesforce Agentforce oder Microsoft Foundry
  • Konzeption und Implementierung von RAG-Architekturen für Enterprise-Kontexte
  • Integration von LLM-Fähigkeiten in bestehende Business-Prozesse und Systemlandschaften
  • Prompt Engineering und Evaluation von AI-Ausgaben in produktiven Umgebungen

Data Engineering

  • Modellierung und Transformation von Geschäftsdaten (ELT/ETL) für analytische und operative Zwecke

Salesforce

  • Technische Begleitung von Salesforce-Projekten (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Integration von Salesforce in die übergreifende Systemarchitektur via Workato und APIs

Übergreifend

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Stakeholdern zur Übersetzung von Anforderungen aus dem Customer-Experience-Bereich (Sales, Commerce, Service, Marketing) in technische Lösungen

Was Du mitbringst

  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Integration, Automatisierung oder Data Engineering in Enterprise-Umgebungen
  • Nachweisbare Praxis mit iPaaS-Plattformen (idealerweise Workato, alternativ MuleSoft, Boomi)
  • Solides Verständnis von API-Design (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) und modernen Datenformaten (JSON, XML)
  • Projekterfahrung mit AI/LLM-Technologien (Prompt Engineering, API-Integration, RAG-Grundlagen)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Salesforce-Produkte: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud und/oder Marketing Cloud
  • Nachweisbare Kenntnisse in Python, JavaScript oder SQL für Datentransformationen
  • Relevante Workato- und/oder Salesforce-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Problemlösung und Eigenverantwortung
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in integration, automation or data engineering in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrable practice with iPaaS platforms (ideally Workato, alternatively MuleSoft, Boomi)
  • Solid understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and modern data formats (JSON, XML)
  • Project experience with AI/LLM technologies (Prompt Engineering, API Integration, RAG fundamentals)
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
  • Demonstrable knowledge in Python, JavaScript or SQL for data transformations
  • Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and self-responsibility
  • Strong communication skills in German and English

  • Design and development of enterprise integration solutions with Workato
  • Implementation of end-to-end process automations across system and organizational boundaries

  • Technical support for Salesforce projects (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Integration of Salesforce into the overall system architecture via Workato and APIs
  • Close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements from the customer experience area (Sales, Commerce, Service, Marketing) into technical solutions
  • Support in customer workshops, technical consulting and code reviews
