What You'll Do

• You will build, maintain, and improve our platforms for data and AI teams – standardized, secure, and scalable – and work on the automation of infrastructure and processes (cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps).
• Develop self-service offerings for developers so that they can work independently and efficiently.
• You will design and operate MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, model deployment, and GPU-based workloads.
• You will be responsible for observability, security, and IAM at the state-of-the-art technical level.
• Drive projects in various industries, e.g., building a regulation-compliant AI platform in Financial Services or developer platforms for public administration.

What We're Looking For

Personal Background

• You have several years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering and are comfortable in complex platform environments.
• You have excellent knowledge of at least one major cloud provider like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Tech Skills

• Your heart beats for Kubernetes. You have practical experience in building, operating, and automating Kubernetes clusters.
• Infrastructure as Code is a matter of course for you, and you work routinely with tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

Automation Focus

• The implementation and standardization of CI/CD and GitOps processes are part of your daily work.
• You are familiar with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• You want to automate everything possible and create self-service offerings for development teams.

Mindset

• Your solutions make teams more productive and independent.
• You value teamwork, are conceptually strong, and convince with your confident demeanor.

On the road

• You are willing to travel and flexible to advise our clients on-site nationwide.
