AI Data Quality Analyst

About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your critical thinking directly influences how cutting-edge AI models learn and improve. No AI background required — just a keen eye for quality and a commitment to accuracy.

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance
• Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI outputs fall short
• Write clear, actionable feedback that directly guides model improvement
• Work across a variety of topics and content types — no two days are the same

Who You Are

• A natural eye for detail with strong analytical thinking
• Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
• Clear and precise written communicator in English
• No prior AI, technical, or data experience required — we'll provide everything you need

Nice to Have

• Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with content evaluation or annotation workflows
• Curiosity about how AI systems work
