The Mission: From Scaling AI to Owning the Vision

You’ve spent the last years in the engine room of a high-growth AI startup or scaleup—perhaps at leaders like Celonis, DeepL, Aleph Alpha, SAP, or global players like NVIDIA, Google, or AWS. You’ve seen how to take machine learning models out of the sandbox and into a scalable SaaS product. You know the difference between hype and real product-market fit.

Now, it’s time to move from being an employee to being the one holding the equity and owning the drivers seat. We are looking for AI Subject Matter Experts who want to leverage world-class research and high-performance computing (HPC) to build the next generation of industrial AI. Whether your background is in MLOps, Data Engineering, AI Product Management, or Technical Sales, your experience in scaling AI is the missing link for our scientific teams.

Your Profile: The AI Scaleup Veteran

• Startup/Scaleup DNA: At least 3-5+ years of experience in an AI-driven environment (Startup, Scaleup, or Corporate AI Lab).
• Product-Market Fit Specialist: You know how to translate complex algorithms into user-centric value propositions and ROI-driven business models.
• Founder Vision: You are ready to transition from a technical or commercial lead to a Venture Lead/CEO or CTO.
• The "Calculated Jump": You are looking for a structured, part-time way to validate a startup idea before going full throttle into entrepreneurship.

The Opportunity: The JUNI Team-up Challenge

Join our 6-week hybrid, part-time program in Berlin starting in July. It’s built to accommodate your current professional commitments, requiring only 10–15 hours per week.

• Venture Matching: We facilitate interdisciplinary team matching with the option to connect with cutting-edge scientists, experienced venture builders, business talent or technical experts.
• Grant-Ready Funding: We focus on making your newly formed team ready to apply for the EXIST-Gründerstipendiumor Berliner Startup Stipendium (BSS) by the end of the program.
