Looking for Ph.D. graduates in Computer Science or Electrical with academic/research experience in GenAI.

Exposure to Telecom networks with emphasis on 5G/RAN/ORAN, AI/ ML, Java, python, Cloud.

Generative AI (GenAI): Look for experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, or Diffusion models applied to time-series data or network Logs

5G/ORAN Expertise: Direct mention of Open RAN (ORAN) is a massive plus. Candidates should understand "Network Slicing" or "MIMO" (Multiple Input Multiple Output) in the context of AI optimization.

Cloud Native: Experience with OpenShift (an IBM/Red Hat product), AWS, or Azure, specifically deploying AI models in containers (Kubernetes/Docker).

Must Have

• Programming: Python, Java, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Telecom: 5G, RAN, O-RAN, Packet Core, Edge Computing.
• AI/ML: Reinforcement Learning (highly valued for network tuning), Deep Learning, NLP, MLOps.
• Publications: Publications in IEEE, ACM, or major AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
• Patents: Patents or whitepapers specifically regarding Signal Processing or Predictive Maintenance in Telecom
