Requirements and Your Profile

• We have a completed degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field of study.
• We require fluent German skills, both spoken and written, at least at C1 level.
• We have at least 2 years of practical experience in the development of AI-based software solutions.
• We have solid knowledge of Prompt Engineering and practical experience with Large Language Models (GPT-4o, Llama or similar).
• We have experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and their managed ML/AI services.
• We have programming skills in Python and C#.
• We work well in an agile environment and bring strong teamwork skills and a passion for project work.
• Advantageous: we have experience with Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, MCP Server) and MLOps practices.

Your Responsibilities

• We further develop our AI-based solution to simplify documentation processes in the healthcare sector.
• We design and implement LLM-based applications with a focus on prompt engineering and output quality.
• We build Agentic AI solutions with modern frameworks.
• We develop and optimize ML pipelines and AI services in the Azure Cloud (Function Apps, Azure AI, Cognitive Services).
• We fine-tune and customize pre-trained models via Azure AI APIs.
• We integrate and operate AI services from data preparation to monitoring in production environments.
• We implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI services using modern DevOps practices.
• We contribute to technical architecture decisions within our AI team.
