AI Developer – RAG | Knowledge Graphs | Neo4j

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs, and Neo4j to build intelligent, scalable systems for advanced data retrieval and reasoning. This role blends GenAI, graph databases, and semantic technologies to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RAG-based systems integrating vector search with LLMs
• Architect and maintain Knowledge Graphs for semantic search and recommendations
• Build and optimize Neo4j graph database solutions (schema design, Cypher queries, performance tuning)
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
• Evaluate emerging technologies (graph AI, hybrid search, etc.)
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in AI solutions

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• 1+ year hands-on experience in RAG / Knowledge Graphs / Neo4j
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with:
  • PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
  • Neo4j (Cypher, APOC, graph algorithms)
  • Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS)
• Solid understanding of NLP & semantic technologies (RDF, OWL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ontology development / linked data standards
• Exposure to graph neural networks or hybrid search
• Knowledge of DevOps / MLOps practices
• Contributions to open-source AI/graph projects
