Mid/SR Engineer

About the Role

The purpose of the Mid/SR Engineer is to work with our Engineering team. The engineer will also work with a process engineer (like a product owner for the scrum team) and partner with business SMEs in order to identify opportunities for automation and simplification, build tools and automations to solve for helping the business become more efficient.

Must have some experience, dependent upon their level, with doing AI-driven development and deploying AI/agentic automations.

Don’t need people who have experience building, deploying, managing LLMs — this is not part of the roles.

These are more app dev than they are devops roles.

Non Negotiables

• Front end web dev (JS, react, angular, HTML, CSS, etc)
• Experience Integrating with APIs
• AI prompt engineering
• One or more of the following: VS Code, Claude code, Cursor, etc
