You’ll focus on high-volume hiring for light industrial roles in a fast-paced environment, supported by tools designed to dramatically increase your speed and output. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role with strong potential for full-time conversion.

• Prioritize roles based on urgency and hiring demand
• Hit performance metrics (submissions, starts, fills) with significantly higher efficiency

What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 1–4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or high-volume coordination
• Experience hiring for light industrial or hourly roles is a plus
• Comfortable with outbound calling and fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Open mindset toward using AI and modern recruiting tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
