We are looking for forward thinking technologists that can accelerate our focus areas such as building stronger foundational technology capabilities, reducing complexity, employing digital transformation concepts, and leveraging disruptive technology.
Position Summary
The AI Enablement Engineer builds and operates the shared platforms, tooling, and reusable components that accelerate AI adoption across the enterprise. This role focuses on reducing friction for delivery teams by providing secure, compliant, and scalable AI infrastructure and developer enablement capabilities, allowing solution teams to focus on delivering business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain shared AI platforms and enablement services
- Develop reusable components, SDKs, templates, and pipelines for AI solution teams
- Embed governance, security, and compliance controls into platforms by design
- Partner with architects and governance teams to operationalize enterprise standardMonitor platform performance, usage, and cost efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and support to solution engineering teams
- Continuously improve developer experience and enablement assets
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps roles
- Strong experience with cloud‑native development and automation
- Hands‑on experience integrating AI capabilities into applications or platforms
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building internal developer platforms or shared services
- Familiarity with MLOps, prompt management, or model orchestration tooling
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to enterprise security, identity, and compliance requirements
- AI certifications a plus.
