AI Enablement Lead
Global Enterprise Partners
About the role
About
Global Enterprise Partners is currently supporting a leading international FMCG organization in Bremen, Germany, that is looking for an experienced AI Enablement Lead to support the introduction of Amazon Q (enterprise AI assistant) and to build broader organizational understanding and trust in AI. This role plays a critical part in enabling AI adoption in a Works Council‑regulated environment, ensuring both the Global AI Policy and Amazon Q are accepted by the German Works Council before rollout. The assignment also lays the groundwork for a potential pilot extension into more countries. The role is remote‑first within Germany and requires a strong combination of AI understanding, governance awareness, and communication skills. This is not a deep technical AI engineering role, but a hands‑on enablement and change role focused on clarity, trust, and alignment.

Your primary responsibility is to create the conditions for safe and accepted AI usage by securing a Works Council agreement and translating AI capabilities and risks into clear, understandable language. Beyond approval, you will design and help implement a training, usage, and communication plan to ensure employees understand how to use Amazon Q responsibly and effectively in their daily work.

- Act as a trusted AI point of contact across HR, Legal, IT, and Compliance
- Later on support a possible pilot rollout for more countries
Key Qualifications
- Fluent German and English (German required for Works Council engagement)
- Proven experience introducing AI or advanced digital tools in organizations
- Strong understanding of AI risks (privacy, monitoring, compliance, ethics)
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous, sensitive environments
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Nice to have
- Previous Works Council or regulated IT rollout experience
