What you will do:

• Design and implement sophisticated agentic architectures for an industry-leading TypeScript-based coding AI agent.
• Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure and improve code quality and alignment with user intent.
• Scale the entire AI stack from model architecture to production deployment while maintaining a focus on magical user experiences.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying scalable AI/ML agentic systems in a fast-paced production environment.
• Expert-level TypeScript skills with a track record of shipping real-world products at breakout startups or as a founder.
• Relentless builder DNA with a deep curiosity for developer tools and bridging the gap between AI reasoning and execution.
