We are looking for an AI Engineer & Application Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of training, training, and enablement programs for AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, AI assistants, workflow-based AI automations)
• Establishment, coordination, and support of an internal network of "AI Champions" to strengthen AI competence in all specialist areas
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, roadshows, and awareness campaigns to promote AI acceptance throughout the company
• Close cooperation with specialist departments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize relevant AI use cases
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of a use case portfolio, including business case evaluation and feasibility analysis
• Management and support of pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, and MVP developments in cooperation with technical teams and external partners
• Methodological support in the conception and implementation of AI-based solutions (e.g. automations, generative AI use cases, assistance systems)
• Measurement of success for all AI initiatives (KPIs, adoption, business impact) and derivation of measures for continuous further development of AI adoption in the company

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digitalization, or a comparable field
• Profound understanding of AI technologies, especially Large Language Models, basic Machine Learning principles, generative AI, and their functionality
• Experience in the practical application of AI tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, AI assistants, automation/workflow tools, conversational AI systems)
• Knowledge of working with data structures, APIs, and interfaces, as well as a basic understanding of automation platforms
• Experience in product, project, or use case management related to AI or digitalization projects
• Ability to transfer technical AI concepts into understandable, user-oriented content
• High affinity for digitalization, automation, and innovative technologies
• Very good German and English skills
