Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Apply preprocessing techniques such as normalization, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
• Work with large datasets to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms.
• Experiment with frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Fine-tune existing models to achieve better accuracy and efficiency.
• Build models for applications such as recommendation systems, NLP-based chatbots, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science.
• Contribute to developing AI-based prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Research and test emerging tools, libraries, and AI techniques.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into applications.
• Deploy models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and optimized for real-time use cases.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand project requirements.
• Translate business needs into AI-based solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring new ideas to life.
• Evaluate AI models using performance metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score.
• Debug and optimize AI pipelines for speed and accuracy.
• Continuously monitor deployed models to improve outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; familiarity with libraries such as Num Py, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
• Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Basic knowledge of neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, No SQL databases, and cloud-based data storage.
• Exposure to Tensor Flow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Ability to work in teams and explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Knowledge of Computer Vision applications (image recognition, object detection).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of MLOps tools and pipelines.
