Joining Deloitte France as an experienced AI Engineer / Scientist offers you a unique opportunity to play an essential role in driving and growing our Artificial Intelligence activities within a world-renowned consulting firm. You will work within multidisciplinary teams, in close collaboration with business experts and senior executives, to transform our clients' challenges in various sectors such as financial services, energy, health, technology, media, and telecommunications. You will contribute to establishing best practices in AI engineering (MLOps), technical architecture choices, and AI product delivery, working hand-in-hand, where context allows, with our strategic partners (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Nvidia). You will also have the opportunity to work and learn from a team of AI experts.

Your missions:

• Contribute to the delivery of AI projects and products (Machine Learning, GenAI, NLP, Classification, Computer Vision, modeling) for clients in various sectors
• Mentor young Data Scientists and ML Engineers by coaching them and ensuring their skill development
• Implement and promote MLOps and LLMOps best practices to optimize the delivery of AI models in production (scalability, reliability, costs)
• Act as a promoter for common Data & AI tools and ensure the identification and deployment of reusable technical assets (internal, group, market)
• Actively contribute to technological watch to amplify innovation and identify synergies between technologies, methods, and practices
• Ensure the quality of solutions, adherence to good development and security practices, and integrate Deloitte's architectural principles
• Capitalize on and disseminate AI project advancements and results to internal and external teams
• Participate in innovation initiatives and conduct technological watch on LLMOps practices

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of significant experience in ML and AI, and more broadly in data science, ideally acquired in a consulting environment or in connection with various business sectors
• A scientific and/or IT education at a minimum of Bac+5 level, preferably with a specialization in applied mathematics, machine learning, or related fields
• A solid understanding of AI technologies and tools, including notably Python, PyTorch, ScikitLearn, AI Cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS). Proficiency in LLM-related frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, FAISS) is also an asset
• Mastery of core Machine Learning concepts (Neural networks, unsupervised/semi/supervised learning, Deep Learning, classification, modeling)
• Significant experience in NLP/GenAI techniques including LLM, RAG, VectorStores, LLM Agents
• Proven expertise in technical project management and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with modern development processes and tools (DataOps, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes) and the deployment of micro-services or APIs (Flask, Django)
• A synthetic mindset and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to interact effectively with technical and non-technical profiles
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project tracking and management tools, methodologies, and concepts is a plus
