Our mission has always been straightforward: harness Generative AI to fundamentally reimagine how enterprises operate. That focus drove us to build something genuinely differentiated — a platform grounded in novel techniques purpose-built for the complexity and compliance demands of today's largest organizations.

In early 2024, we became the first Generative AI platform deployed into production within a highly regulated enterprise environment — a milestone that drew the attention of Harvard Business Review, which featured our work in a dedicated case study. Job Description:

• Architect scalable, secure backend systems in Python/FastAPI for multi-tenant, real-time enterprise AI platforms with SSE streaming and async-first design.
• Build and orchestrate AI Agent frameworks using LangGraph, or LangChain — covering lifecycle management, tool use, and automated evaluation pipelines.
• Develop and optimize LLM inference pipelines with LiteLLM, or AWS Bedrock, integrating RAG workflows over popular open source vector databases with cross-encoder reranking.
• Engineer intelligent document intelligence and NLP pipelines using transformer-based models for semantic analysis, classification, risk scoring, and multi-hop reasoning.
• Own production deployments on AWS (ECS etc.) with observability via CloudWatch, enforcing HIPAA/HITRUST compliance and zero-trust security posture.
• Deliver custom, end-to-end AI solutions — from regulated-industry workflow design (healthcare, legal) to shipped, customer-facing systems with full CI/CD coverage.

Experience:

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience implementing business-critical product features from conception to launch using Python
• 2+ years of experience using NLP and LLMs
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of resilient, large scale distributed systems
• Experience with async, threading and multi-processing paradigm
• Experience with Django a big plus
• Experience with Open Source vector databases
• Strong engineering background – BS in EECS, Mathematics or Physics
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of XML and JSON a big plus

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
