AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python or C#, experience with agentic frameworks, and the ability to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems. This role involves working on Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-based deployments to build real‑world AI applications.

The AI Engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business workflows into intelligent AI solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems using Python or C# and agentic frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and knowledge bases.
• Create and optimize prompts, system messages, and guardrails to control agent behavior.
• Build evaluation frameworks and performance metrics to monitor accuracy and effectiveness of AI agents.
• Deploy AI solutions in production environments using cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software teams to convert business requirements into AI‑powered workflows.
• Continuously research and adopt the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming expertise in Python or C#.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and version control systems (Git).
• Hands‑on experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize AI systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience developing AI agents or conversational AI solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with multi‑agent orchestration frameworks and agent lifecycle management.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, data governance, and privacy standards.
• Experience with MLOps tools and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
