Role and Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to developing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, supporting a variety of machine learning (ML) models, including deep learning (DL) frameworks and large language models (LLMs). You will apply foundational knowledge to help optimize model performance, develop necessary tools and frameworks, and efficiently manage computing and storage resources to accelerate the development of AI-driven products. • Develop and maintain the AI platform, ensuring it meets functional requirements and performance criteria. • Participate in the lifecycle of AI platform development, including ideation, prototyping, testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Contribute to the design of scalable and robust infrastructure to support AI models in collaboration with infrastructure teams. • Assist in the integration of AI capabilities into various products and platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and functionality. • Contribute to peer code reviews, learn from senior team members, and adhere to best practices in AI development. • Stay current with the latest technologies and frameworks in AI, suggesting improvements and updates to existing systems. • Support the implementation of security and compliance measures within the AI development process, aligning with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience) and 2 years of experience executing and deploying data science, ML, and DL (fewer years may be accepted with a Master's or Doctorate degree). • 1 year of programming language experience. • 1 year of experience working with ML Operations tools.

Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, statistics, physics, economics, data science, information science, or quantitative analytics. • 1 year of experience working with cross-functional partners. • 1 year of experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop ecosystem, Druid, Trino, Big Query, or Google Vertex AI.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range: $86,600.00 - $164,500.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, education, training, and experience. For information regarding our benefit programs and eligibility, please visit the company's benefits page.
