The Opportunity
As a member of the Audit and Assurance team, you will assess AI solutions to ensure compliance with governance standards. In this Senior Associate role, you will lead initiatives to manage AI/ML controls while collaborating with varied teams to enhance transparency and reporting, providing an exciting chance to influence the future of AI governance and contribute to industry thought leadership.

- Evaluate and assess AI solutions for compliance with governance standards.
- Lead initiatives for managing AI/ML controls across diverse teams.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Management Information Systems, Accounting & Technology, Business Administration, Regulatory Compliance, Physics, Economics, Finance & Technology, Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, or Mathematics is preferred.
- Experience in AI/ML model testing and validation, risk management, controls testing, or audit roles related to AI, analytics, or compliance focused on emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with AI lifecycle in data science.
- Understanding of data governance and model deployment frameworks.
- Experience leading AI/ML and emerging technology control initiatives.
- Ability to coach teams on emerging data technologies.
- Skill in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Subject matter expertise to support thought leadership initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is between $72,000 - $184,440. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and personal/family sick leave.
