AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in building AI-driven applications and full-stack systems. This role focuses on designing and developing a custom CRM platform enhanced with large language model (LLM) capabilities for intelligent automation and improved user interactions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating LLMs into business applications and a solid understanding of CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a scalable CRM platform aligned with business requirements
• Integrate LLM-based APIs (e.g., Claude or similar) to enable intelligent automation such as lead management, summarization, and email drafting
• Build conversational interfaces for chat-based CRM interactions
• Develop backend services and APIs using technologies such as Python or Node.js
• Design and implement frontend applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Architect and manage databases using SQL and/or NoSQL technologies
• Automate workflows including lead scoring, follow-ups, and reporting using AI capabilities
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance standards are maintained
• Optimize prompt engineering strategies and improve LLM performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience with 34 years of relevant experience in AI/LLM-based development
• Strong experience with large language models (LLMs), such as Claude or similar systems
• Proficiency in backend development using Python or Node.js
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom-built platforms
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered SaaS applications
• Understanding of sales pipelines and CRM domain workflows
• Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade applications
• Familiarity with performance optimization and AI model tuning
